Easy Homemade Pizza… Dough

We are always looking for easy cooking meals to make at home, so here we are throwing ourselves into it.

so this easy pizza dough will do;

  1. Heat the water to about 110°-115° F or 43°-46°C, then add the yeast into it and let react for 5 minutes, after this you can mix this with the flour, sugar and oil. If you are using the electric mixer start with slow speed and gradually to medium speed until all are incorporated and the wall of the bowl are clean, you can leave the hook in the bowl and cover it for an hour or until gets to be doubled the size. If you are doing it without a mixer, knee the dough until all the ingredients are incorporated together (that might take you about 10 min depending in how much elbow strength you have :))
  2. Take the mix and add the salt dissolved into 2 Tsp of water and mix medium speed for about 20 seconds, if no mixer used  then knee the dough pretty good it will get pretty sicky too but is totally worthy; let it rest forming a ball in a grease bowl  for another 20 minutes then you will be able to roll your dough and get it ready for your pizza or you can put in a zip lock bag and save it in your refrigerator for 3 days
