During the process designing a home, is very hard to visualize a 2 dimensional plan with a few black and white elevations. Thats when we come in. Once your plan is almost done, we create a 3D rendering, a walk through and in this way you are able to "catch" any problems or design flaws that otherwise will only be seen during the construction process and at that point it would be very costly to make any corrections to the plan. This 3D rendering and walk through is like the ability to foresee the future and have the knowledge (power) to make the needed changes on "paper" rather than during construction.
